Split PDF
Pull out the pages you need, split a PDF into several files by page ranges, or save every page as a separate PDF. Pages are copied exactly and nothing is uploaded.
Three ways to split
| Option | Result | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Extract pages | One new PDF with only the pages you list | "1-3, 7" gives a 4-page PDF |
| By ranges | One PDF per range, in a ZIP | "1-4, 5-9, 10-" gives 3 PDFs |
| Every page | One PDF per page, in a ZIP | A 12-page PDF gives 12 files |
Pages are copied exactly: text stays selectable and nothing is recompressed. To rotate, delete or reorder pages visually, use Rotate and organize PDF; to combine files, use Merge PDF.
Private by design
Your PDF is processed in your browser with the open-source pdf.js and pdf-lib libraries. It is never uploaded, which matters for contracts, statements and ID documents.
Frequently asked questions
How do I extract pages from a PDF?
Choose Extract pages and type the pages you want, such as 1-3, 7. They are saved, in that order, as one new PDF.
Does splitting reduce quality?
No. Pages are copied as they are: text stays selectable and images are not recompressed.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. It is processed in your browser and never leaves your device.
