How it works

  1. 01

    Paste the Meet link

Before or during the meeting. Name it if you like, and pick the language for the minutes.

  2. 02

    Admit the bot

"Boostlix Notetaker" asks to join like any guest and says in the chat that it is recording.

  3. 03

    Meet as usual

It records quietly, notes who is speaking, and leaves when everyone else has left.

  4. 04

    Minutes in your inbox

Summary, decisions and action items with owners and due dates, by email with a PDF.

Minutes people actually read

A transcript is every word. Minutes are what matters: what was decided, who does what by when, and what is still open. Notes writes both, and puts the minutes first, in the minutes of meeting format teams already use.

Built for meetings that do not stay in one language. Notes listens to the audio, not Google’s English captions, so Malayalam, Hindi and mixed meetings come out right.

  • Any language, even mixed

Malayalam, Hindi or Tamil with English in one sentence? Each word is written in the language it was spoken.

  • Who said what

Speaker names come from Google Meet itself, so decisions and tasks are tied to people.

  • Action items that get done

Every task with its owner and due date, when someone said them. Not "the team will look into it".

  • Client and team

What the client asked for and what your team committed to, listed separately. Mark who is who and rewrite in one click.

  • Minutes in your language

Written in English by default, or in Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, Arabic, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese.

  • A PDF to forward

Clean, branded minutes of meeting you can send to a client the same day.

  • Recording you can search

Play the meeting from any line of the transcript. Pro records video of the meeting too.

  • Nothing to install

No extension, no app, no calendar access. A link and one click to admit.

  • Never used to train Boostlix models, never shared

Notes terms·Privacy

What Notes does not do (yet)

Google Meet only: no Zoom or Teams. No live transcript during the call, no calendar auto-join, no team workspace and no CRM integrations. The PDF is made for minutes in Latin-script languages; Malayalam, Hindi or Tamil minutes come by email and on the meeting page. If any of these matter most, one of the tools in the comparison will suit you better today.

Questions

What is Boostlix Notes?

An AI meeting note taker for Google Meet. You paste a Meet link, a bot called "Boostlix Notetaker" asks to join, and when the meeting ends you get the transcript and minutes of meeting by email, with a PDF.

Is it free?

Recording is free: the free plan records 10 meetings a month on video, of any length, to watch online for 7 days. No card needed. Transcripts and minutes are on Pro: $15 a month for 60 meetings, with the transcript, minutes by email with a PDF, recording downloads and 90-day storage. Meetings recorded on Free can still be transcribed after you upgrade, while their recording is kept.

Does it understand Malayalam, Hindi or mixed languages?

Yes. Notes detects the language from the audio, and when people switch languages mid-sentence (Manglish, Hinglish, Tanglish) each word is written in the language it was spoken. Write the minutes in English (the default) or in Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, Arabic, Spanish, French, German or Portuguese.

How does it know who said what?

From Google Meet itself: the bot turns on Meet's captions, which name the person speaking, and matches those names to the transcript. Minutes then say who decided what and who owns each action item.

Do I need to install anything or connect my calendar?

No. There is no extension, no app and no calendar access. Paste the link before or during the meeting, and admit the bot when Meet asks.

Does it work with Zoom or Microsoft Teams?

Not yet. Notes works with Google Meet only. Otter, Fathom, Fireflies and Read.ai support Zoom and Teams; see the comparison page.

Do the other people know they are being recorded?

Yes. The bot joins under a visible name, has to be admitted like any guest, and posts a message in the meeting chat saying it is recording. Anyone who can manage the meeting can remove it. You are responsible for having consent to record where the law requires it.

What is in the minutes?

A title, a short summary, decisions, action items (each with its owner and due date when someone said them), what the client asked for, what the team committed to, open questions and the next meeting. Mark participants as client or team and rewrite the minutes in one click.

Is my meeting data private?

Recordings are stored privately and deleted automatically after 7 days (free) or 90 days (Pro). Audio is transcribed with Google's Gemini API on a paid plan that does not train on it, and minutes are written with Anthropic's Claude, which does not train on it either. Boostlix never uses your meetings to train models.

Can I cancel Pro anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Plan in Notes and keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for.
