Signature Maker
Create a clean signature image: draw it, type it in a handwriting style, or turn a photo of your signature on paper into crisp ink with no background. Download a transparent PNG or a JPG sized for application forms.

Form needs it under 20 KB? Use the 20 KB compressor. Your signature never leaves this browser.
Three ways to make your signature
| Method | Best for |
|---|---|
| Drawing | Signing with a mouse, finger or stylus on a phone, tablet or laptop |
| Typing | A clean, consistent signature in a handwriting font, for emails and documents |
| Photo of paper | Your real handwritten signature, for exam, job and government forms |
The photo option is what most application forms expect: sign on plain white paper with a black or blue pen, photograph it, and the tool removes the paper so only the ink remains.
Signatures for online forms
- Sign on plain white paper in black ink, in a box about 3 × 1.5 cm, as you normally would.
- Photograph it flat in daylight, filling most of the frame.
- Choose Photo of paper, add the photo and adjust the ink detection until the strokes are solid and the paper is gone.
- Under “JPG on white for forms”, choose the size the form asks for, for example 140 × 60 px for IBPS and many bank exams, and download.
- If the form sets a file size such as 10–20 KB, use the 20 KB compressor.
The guide to photo and signature sizes for online forms lists common requirements. For the photograph itself, use the passport photo maker.
Using a signature in documents and email
Download the transparent PNG: it sits cleanly on any background. In Word or Google Docs, insert it as an image and resize it; in Gmail or Outlook, add it to your email signature settings. Keep it to a sensible size so it does not dominate.
Is a drawn or typed signature legally valid?
In many countries an electronic signature can be valid for everyday agreements, but some documents, such as certain government, property and court forms, require a handwritten signature or a certified digital signature. Check what the organisation you are signing for accepts. This tool creates an image of a signature; it is not a certified digital signature.
Common mistakes
Grey paper in the result
Photos taken in dim light make the paper grey. Retake in daylight, or lower the ink detection until the paper disappears.
Broken or faint strokes
Raise the ink detection, or sign with a darker pen pressed a little harder.
Signing too small
A tiny signature enlarged to 140 × 60 pixels looks blurry. Sign at a normal size and let the tool scale it down.
