AI meeting summary

An AI meeting summary you can forward as it is

Most AI summaries are a paragraph that says the meeting "discussed several topics". A useful summary answers three questions: what was decided, who does what by when, and what is still open. That is how Boostlix Notes writes them.

What a good meeting summary contains

  • Two to five lines on what the meeting was for and where it landed.
  • Decisions, each written so someone absent understands it.
  • Action items: a task, one owner, a due date.
  • For client calls: what the client asked for and what your team committed to.
  • Open questions and the next meeting.

Example

Summary: The client approved the homepage layout and asked for a Malayalam version. Budget stays at ₹2 lakh.

Decisions: Launch on 1 December.

Action items: Send the revised quote (Anjali, Fri 14 Nov). Share brand assets (Meera, client, Sat 15 Nov).

Open: Who translates the content into Malayalam?

How Boostlix Notes makes it

The bot records the meeting and notes who is speaking from Google Meet. The audio is transcribed in the language actually spoken, and the summary is written from the transcript by Claude, with rules against inventing names, owners or dates that were not said.

Questions

Can the summary be in another language?

Yes: English by default, or Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, Arabic, Spanish, French, German or Portuguese, whatever language the meeting was in.

Does the summary make things up?

It is written only from the transcript, and leaves an owner or date empty rather than guess. Check anything important before forwarding; AI can still mishear or misattribute.
