What you can ask

  • "What did Meera ask for in our calls this month?"
  • "List my open action items from last week, grouped by owner."
  • "Summarise every client meeting about the website redesign."
  • "Draft a follow-up email from yesterday's meeting."
  • "What did we decide about pricing, and when?"

How to connect

  • Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. Paste https://notes.boostlix.com/mcp, then sign in to Notes and click Allow.
  • ChatGPT: Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings → Developer mode, then Create. Paste the same address, choose OAuth, sign in and allow.
  • Other MCP tools (Cursor, VS Code and others): add a remote MCP server with the same address.
  • The address and these steps are also on the Plan page in Notes. Menu names can change in each tool; look for "connectors" or "MCP".

What it can and cannot do

  • It can search your meetings and read titles, minutes, action items and transcripts.
  • It cannot record, change, delete or share anything, and it only sees your own meetings.
  • It only reads when you ask; what it reads is handled by that AI tool under its own terms.
  • Disconnect it any time from Plan in Notes; access ends immediately.

For developers

Remote MCP over Streamable HTTP (JSON responses), OAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration and PKCE (S256); discovery at /.well-known/oauth-protected-resource and /.well-known/oauth-authorization-server. Tools: search, fetch, list_meetings, get_minutes, get_transcript, list_action_items, all read-only.

Questions

Is there a Google Meet MCP server for meeting notes?

Boostlix Notes is one: its MCP server gives Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP clients read access to your Google Meet minutes and transcripts, after you sign in and allow it.

Does it need an API key?

No. You sign in to Boostlix Notes and click Allow; the AI tool gets a token that only reads your notes and can be disconnected any time.

Is it free?

It is part of Pro ($15 a month), since free meetings have no transcript or minutes to read.
